Carol has been working in private coaching and leadership development since 2002. She has worked as a director with the management development consultancy Robson Rhodes (2000-2002), an Organization Development Practice Leader with Towers Perrin in Latin America (1997-2000) and was a Senior Consultant for Organization and People Development with Hewitt (1989-1997).
Carol has a BA in Linguistics from Pomona College and an MBA in finance from New York University. She is proficient in English and Spanish.
